My personal narrative wends its way from California to New York to Argentina, from the satisfaction of academia and the joys of mothering, to the adventures of a cross-cultural marriage and a private coaching practice. My latest chapter has put me on the shores of the Chesapeake, delighting in the joys of small communities, a slow pace of life, the edible bounty from fields and bay, and very little traffic.
Along the way I’ve learned much about engaging in life with curiosity and courage, learning from experience and experts, from friends and sages, from chance encounters and natural wonders.
What does a story of flourishing look like? It’s about you at your best, bringing out the best in others. It’s about living authentically, honoring your values while meeting challenges with strengths. It’s about weaving positive emotions into your days as you connect with what matters. It’s about connecting deeply with your self, with others, and with the earth. It’s about being present and being real. It’s about making a difference. It’s about feeling truly alive.
