My mission is to help others write their own life story–one of flourishing. I do this by sharing the best of positive psychology, formerly as a psychology professor, now as a positive psychology coach.
I honor the individuality, creativity, and wholeness of every one of my clients as I partner with them. By developing the habits of mind and behavior that lead to success and greater well-being, they become the authors of their days.
What is your story? How can I help you write the next chapter?
My own narrative includes twists and turns from California to New York to Buenos Aires, from the satisfaction of academia and professional coaching to the joys mothering and a cross-cultural marriage. Along the way I’ve learned much about flourishing from experience and experts, from friends and sages, from chance encounters and the wonders of nature.
What is flourishing about? It’s about living one’s values and meeting challenges with strengths. It’s about weaving positive emotions into our days and connecting with others and the earth. It’s about being present and being real. It’s about making a difference.
I love the way Diane Ackerman put it: “I don’t want to get to the end of my life and find that I have just lived the length of it. I want to have lived the width of it as well.”
If you are ready to explore the fullness of each day, if you long to create the success, meaning and joy that is your birthright, then contact me for a free session. I’d love to hear your story-in-the-making.
